Born in 1992, Johannes visited the Waldorf School in Mauer, Vienna. With a focus on Arts, Johannes was taught to work with creative approaches and acquired his crafting skills, as well as his eye for good design. Because of his ever-growing interest in IT, he did his final year at High School in the BRG/ORG Anton-Krieger-Gasse in a class with emphasis on IT.
After his community service at the Austrian Red Cross, he started his studies at the TU Wien. He passed his bachelor's degree in "Media Informatics and Visual Computing" as well as his master's degree in "Media and Human-Centered Computing"
In his studies, Johannes dedicated himself to methods to create concepts for new software and hardware, where his passion for creative thinking and technology are useful equally. His Diploma Thesis reflects these interests; it is about the design of Student Information Systems and how it affects the functionality of such Systems.
In his work, Johannes was able to test and consolidate his knowledge of Agile methods and design processes. He practiced tasks in the areas of requirements engineering, user stories, UX conception & evaluation, and wireframing. Combined with his knowledge about Programming and Software architecture, Johannes brings everything needed, to successfully participate in a software project.
