Work progress indicator

For our learning platform Aurora we have Tutors employed, who evaluate the work from Students. In the last years, we often had problems with the Tutors time management and workload. Therefore we developed a simple tool to indicate their progress and motivate them to do their task. It displays how much work a Tutor has to do based on their employment and general workload. For reaching goals, Tutors can achieve badges, which shall motivate them to do so. Since we established the indicator, all evaluations are done in time, and Tutors are motivated with badges to keep up on track.
