We designed this plush toy for children with mental retardation. It asks for a fruit a therapist chooses, and the children have to place the requested fruit at his necklace. This way the children are animated to use and train their brain and coordinate their movements.

First, this was only designed as a prototype, but since the interaction idea proved itself very successful and the production was firm, it is used for real therapy ever since. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to show any pictures from actual use because of privacy concerns.
